Whether this is your first attempt at either the 5k/Half Marathon or you are a seasoned veteran, this 12-week program will offer you training like you’ve never experienced before. Coach Tim Ritchie led this group last year to amazing success and we are excited to have him lead again this year! Every athlete in the program was able to see their best on race day and we look forward to helping even more athletes in 2018.
Each week, Coach Tim will bring new concepts and techniques to make your race the best event possible for you. You’ll get a chance to meet athletes just like you! As you develop you will find the endurance you gain from our training will prepare you for all of the elements that a late April race brings. You’ll be able to stand on the starting line with a whole new level of confidence in your ability to run faster than ever before!
