Rachel’s experience as an athlete combined with her nutrition expertise makes her the BEST referral we can offer. With a Ph.D. in nutrition sciences, she has spent many years studying exercise physiology and how the body processes various fuel sources. Her goal is to help you better understand how to use nutrition to reach your running goals.
In 2017 and 2018, Rachel finished in the top 35 at the Boston Marathon and currently holds a personal best of 2:48. She doesn’t just understand what it means to fuel correctly; she lives it every day.

Because of this, Rachel’s fuel coaching sessions are focused on aligning your nutrition with your training.
