Half Marathon Training Plan



Just the Plan:
Half marathon: 12 week plan – $79
Plans are delivered through the VDOT training platform. The VDOT app is very user friendly, and it also gives you the option to sync your workouts to your running watch.
Once you pay for the plan, you will be sent an email invitation to the VDOT platform, and your plan will be uploaded within 48 hours of getting your profile set up.
