personal run coaching

Personal run coaching includes unlimited communication via text or phone with your coach, feedback on your workouts, training and ancillary guidance developed for you as an individual, access to athlete perks such as book club, group runs, meetups, and more.

We try to keep things as simple as possible around here – there are no fancy tiers or pay-more-to-get-more access to your coach.

Simply choose between run-only coaching or running + strength, then choose your duration (6 months or 12 months).

No matter which option you pick, you will receive the same level of service as every other 1:1 McKirdy Trained athlete. We believe that good coaching demands good communication first and foremost, and therefore placing restrictions on communication means we are no longer truly coaching you.
